TRACKLISTING
Happy Birthday Bermuda Triangle The Only Comfort I Can Think Of There's No Such Thing As Healthy Competition Back Off Man, I'm A Scientist

Thrusting jerky stabs of guitar noise amidst violent drum crashes, Kill The Arcade manage to fuse together some of the best parts of the Finch, Brand New and Karate and create something undoubtedly inspired and chaotic.
On their, AN IMPOSTER IN THE FAMILY EP, they twist, jerk, thrust, bark and yelp their way through four songs that throw enough ideas and concepts around to keep most bands busy for years.
Opening number HAPPY BIRTHDAY BERMUDA TRIANGLE is an attention grabbing slice of post-hardcore bliss, violent guitar riffs bouncing energetically against complex drum patterns, the band making out like hyperactive kids on a bouncy castle of post-hardcore rumblings. The pop fuelled screamo of THE ONLY COMFORT I CAN THINK OF and THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS HEALTHY COMPETITION precariously balance upbeat melodicism and hard rocking attitude, whilst on BACK OFF MAN, I'M A SCIENTIST, Kill The Arcade unleash anthemic choruses amidst the math rock guitar jerks and increasingly complex drum explosions.
An excitably energised explosion of pop melodies and metallic urges, the AN IMPOSTER IN THE FAMILY EP is the sound of Kill The Arcade delivering an energised, enthusiastic wake up call.

BIOGRAPHY
Writing a bio is horrible. If you have ever done it, then you realise how difficult it is to try and remember significant and exciting points of the bands existence that you think people will find interesting. At the end of the day we write songs, record them, and play them. We work as hard as we can. Cars breakdown, we lose money all the time, we have to sleep in the worst places. But we do it because this is what we love, and we know we can make it huge. The Line up has changed over that time, but we are now confident that we have the right formula to make our dream come true.
In 2007 we have a new split release with Skys Day Off on sale and are to be releasing our first individual EP in the Summer. Keep peeled for touring info, videos and general sexy time from the KTA crew.
