TRACKLISTING
Pray For A Slow Dance 5 Chances To Misfire We Never Win Words Fail Katherine
Forever Wednesday are your typical screamo five piece, there's very little to distinguish them from countless other bands doing extremely similar things out there right now.
If you've ever heard a Thursday or The Used of Finch record, Forever Wednesday will make for immediately familiar listening, the band adopting the same use of hard rock riffs, soaring vocal choruses, gruff verses and complex interweaving guitar lines.  Songs like PRAY FOR A SLOW DANCE, 5 CHANCES TO MISFIRE and WE NEVER WIN play out exactly as you'd expect, Forever Wednesday obviously not big of throwing in any left field turns or originality to proceedings.  WORDS FAIL carries on in exactly the same manner, all melodic vocal croons, militaristic drum patterns and heavy riffs.
FOREVER WEDNESDAY may not be particularly original or progressive, but as an example of the screamo genre Forever Wednesday make all the right noises in all the right places and as such, the best of luck to them.

ABOUT FOREVER WEDNESDAY
Forever Wednesday - the spectacle of 5 young men in way over their heads!
"Who needs actions, when we got words?"
We are about music, not looks. We find most superficial comments cringworthy. If you like our tunes, sweet, if you just think we are "buff" then jog on please. Not interested.
Reviews:
"Next onto the Rockstock stage was Forever Wednesday, who engaged the crowd well - a wall of death even appeared halfway through the second song, We Never Win. They had great distinction between the vocals, with Sam leading the songs, and guitarists Matt and Alec providing the backing vocals. Crushing guitars, pounding drums and commanding bass made this a great set".(Rockstock)
"Screamo has come a long way on Myspace and this band is one of the results of the progress it has made. These local lads obviously looked at themselves and their abilities from the beginning and when they entered the studio together to record Katherine, 5 Chances To Misfire and We Never Win they had a unique idea. An idea which now sees them hanging around the top of the unsigned Myspace charts, everyday". (Nicks Reviews)
